Who sells to you

Products on this site are sold by Rahu, registered at España. Contact: hola@rahu.es.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in euros or US dollars depending on the shipping country you choose, and include applicable taxes. Shipping is calculated before payment based on your destination and chosen carrier, and shown separately in the summary.

Availability depends on our supplier's stock. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will tell you and refund you in full.

How ordering works

1. You pick a product, variant and quantity.
2. You enter your shipping address and calculate delivery.
3. You pay on Stripe's secure page.
4. You receive an email confirmation with your order number.

The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation.

Payment

We accept the cards and payment methods Stripe offers in your country. Payment happens entirely within Stripe's environment; this shop has no access to your card details.

Delivery times

The estimated time is shown next to each shipping option before you pay, counted in working days from dispatch. These are carrier estimates and do not account for customs delays.

Taxes and customs

Shipments within the European Union are sent with taxes included in the displayed price. For destinations outside the EU, import duties or fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.

Warranty

Products carry the three-year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, email hola@rahu.es with your order number and photos: replacement or refund is on us.
